Job Summary

Responsibilities include

 

  • Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls
  • Interact with medical offices, healthcare providers and office administrators
  • Read script and verify affiliated Provider Data
  • Perform data entry to update Provider Data
  • Maintain confidentiality of provider information
  • Follow-up calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate any issues 
  • Salary: up to $13.50/hour plus incentives based on Call center or Service-related experience
  • Promotion opportunity to Full-time W2 position and pay increase and benefits within 90 days
